Return Policy
Unused items in original condition may be reviewed for return eligibility within the posted return window, while damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments should be reported promptly so replacements, credits, or next-step support can be arranged.
General eligibility
Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Consumables, opened nutrients, used grow media, clearance items, and products that cannot be safely restocked are generally not eligible for return approval.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should report the issue within 72 hours with the order number, item details, and supporting photos when available. This helps the team evaluate replacement, store credit, carrier follow-up, or other next steps while shipment records are still fresh.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after the returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless the shipment was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
